Areas of specialisation
Personal development is central to the Cranfield experience. Our faculty and career development team work closely with students to improve their team-working, enhance their ability to relate to others and develop the skills they need to apply the knowledge they acquire. A compulsory International Business Experience (IBE) study tour allows students to apply their learning in an international context.
Our dedicated career development team of 12 professionals includes four business psychologists and five industry experts. They help refine the skills students need to achieve their career goals, and through individual coaching, leadership lectures, careers fairs and networking events, help create opportunities for them to make rewarding career transitions. Ninety-seven percent of our recent MBA graduates were in employment within three months of graduation.
